I hereby grant to Speedball BC the right to reproduce, use, exhibit, display, broadcast, distribute and create derivative works of the images, audio recordings and video recordings of me and/or my children/legal minors listed below for use in connection with speedball-related activities for promoting, publicizing or explaining speedball and/or the activities of Speedball BC and any of its affiliated activities, events, competitions, clubs, programs, coaches, and any other personnel appointed for such purposes. 

 

This grant includes, without limitation, the right to publish such images/videos on websites, social media pages, in reports and/or publications, and PR/promotional materials, such as marketing publications, advertisements, fund-raising materials, and any other media-related publications. 

 

This consent is effective immediately until I revoke it in writing and provide a copy of the revocation to Speedball BC.
